Return Policy
- Return through your local post office, attach the return labels that you will find in the package on the return. Return is FREE. (Only for Europe)
- For returns made from countries outside European Union we accept returns only via the regular post office.
- You have the right to return any item for a refund, within 5 days of receiving your original order.
- The refund will be 40 euros less than the original price!
- All goods will be inspected on return.
- We will refund the price of the products and not the shipping costs.
- When you return an item you are not obligated to tell us the reason you are returning it. You can return it to the address you will find on our contact info.
- When we will receive the item we will give you a full refund of the product on your account.
- You have to return the item as you received it, with the labels on it and in the package.
- Please notice that some screens are changing the color of the product, please have that in mind when you choose a product and check it on different screens if you have the possibility to avoid any mistakes.
- If a customer wants special changes on the original design ( add details, add a collar, make longer or shorter, change sleeve design, etc.) we can make but we will not accept a return or exchange of the product.

When you send back the package to us, its necessary to send us with mail the tracking number so we can track the package you return!
